Save the Date! Clayroom San Mateo Summer Craft Fair is happening on Saturday, August 31st at the new studio in the Bay Meadows neighborhood. This event will feature a variety of incredible original ceramic artwork highlighting original works from over thirty small-batch ceramic artisans. Explore unique, handcrafted functional and sculptural pieces that reflect the creativity and skill of Clayroom's members. Don’t miss this exclusive opportunity to acquire a one-of-a-kind, locally made art piece! Items for sale are made exclusively by members of the studio and will be offered in the courtyard at 3050 S Delaware Street.
Opened in November, 2023 Clayroom San Mateo is a neighborhood community pottery studio in Bay Meadows development. 17' floor to ceiling windows across most of the space brings ample natural light and an open feeling while working.
The studio is open for memberships, adult and kids classes in wheel-throwing, hand-building and slip-casting.
