Join Current Wellness for an hour and fifteen minutes of summer celebration in the form of a soothing sound bath! Emily Barnhill will lead us on a transformative journey of sound, relaxation, and healing that will leave you feeling refreshed, balanced, and at peace.A sound bath is a unique and therapeutic experience. The power of sound to helps you release stress, ease tension, and find harmony within. In this event, you will be guided on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation as you bask in a symphony of soothing sounds. This is a chance to escape the business and busyness of the outside world. It’s time for a brief but cozy hibernation!
Emily is a certified practitioner of sound healing, with a bachelor’s degree in music therapy. She has a decade of experience working as a private instructor of voice, piano, guitar, and ukulele. Sound healing has become her biggest passion and she’s so excited to share it with our community. It’s her goal to use sound healing to promote relaxation, decrease inflammation, and reduce pain or discomfort, within the body not just physically, but also mentally and emotionally.
When: June 23rd 7:15-8:30pm
Cost: $30 or $24 for members
