Join Illinois Art Station for a week-long, half-day, drop-off Zine Scene Summer Camp for young artists ages 11-14 from Monday, June 17 to Friday, June 21 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. each day.
Artists will explore the world of zines (noncommercial, often homemade, publications devoted to specialized and often unconventional subject matter) and create their very own written word and mixed-media artworks!
Who: Young Artists ages 11-14 who have a passion for self-expression in various mediums and have a voice/vision they want to share.
Cost: $125 / young artist. Illinois Art Station operates according to a Pay-What-You-Can model for all classes, camps, and programs. More details are below.
An afternoon snack will be provided. Artists are welcome to bring their own snack based on dietary preferences, but nuts and tree nuts are not allowed.
When: Monday, June 17 – Friday, June 21 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Early drop off available at 12:30 and late pick up available until 4:30 p.m.
Registration for Zine Scene Summer Camp at IAS is limited to (20) young artists. Deadline to register is Friday, June 7.

Join Illinois Art Station for a week-long, half-day, drop-off ART EVERYWHERE ALL AT ONCE Summer Camp for young artists ages 6-12 from Monday, July 29 to Friday, August 2 from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
Young artists will learn to see the artistry all around them while they contemplate and create in the spirit of public art.
Who: Young Artists ages 6-12 who are excited and inspired every time they stumble upon a statue in a park or a mural in a traffic tunnel.
Cost: $125 / young artist. Illinois Art Station operates according to a Pay-What-You-Can model for all classes, camps, and programs. More details are below.

Young artists will create art in nature’s image and embrace a philosophy of reduce, reuse, and recycle as part of their everyday art practice.
Who: Young Artists ages 6-12 who are inspired by the natural world around them and who want to do right by our world with sustainable art practices.

NOTE: If you are registering more than one young artist, a complete registration form must be submitted for each participating child. Young artists are welcome to register for more than one summer camp if they so choose. Individual registration fees apply.
