Open to ages 5-13Show Dates - June 27 & 28
Rehearsal period will be 1 week
This show will be directed and choreographed by Miss Lily
Auditions will be in person on Saturday, April 12
Rehearsals will run Sunday to Thursday from 10am-4pm
The Rising Stars (going into grades 1-3) rehearse from 10am-2pm
The Junior Players (going into grades 4-8) rehearse from 10am-4pm
Performances will be held at the Limestone Community School on Friday, June 27th @ 7pm and on Saturday, June 28th @ 2pm & 7pm.
MUSICAL SYNOPSIS: Transporting audiences from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus, the Cat in the Hat narrates the story of Horton the Elephant, who discovers a speck of dust containing tiny people called the Whos. Horton must protect the Whos from a world of naysayers and dangers, and he must also guard an abandoned egg that's been left in his care by the irresponsible Mayzie La Bird. Although Horton faces ridicule, danger and a trial, the intrepid Gertrude McFuzz never loses faith in him. Ultimately, the powers of friendship, loyalty, family and community are challenged and emerge triumphant!
Payment plan available: $25 deposit plus 3 payments of $25.00, paid weekly.
