Summer Break Kids Fight Camp

Overview

Our Spring Break Kids Camp is a fun, high-energy experience filled with games, movement, and martial arts training in a safe and supportive environment.

Kids will be introduced to a variety of disciplines including self-defense, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, boxing, & strength & conditioning programs; focused on balance, plyometrics,hand-eye coordination, & strength to improve performance across multiple sports. Training is balanced with games and activities so kids stay active while still getting to enjoy being kids.

At Flow MMA, we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented academy. Beyond physical skills, we focus on building strong character and confidence. Camp discussions and activities emphasize important life values such as love, kindness, respect, integrity, and good sportsmanship.
