SUMMER BOUNTY YOGA, DELOACH WINE, FARMERS MARKET BRUNCH

Elevate your wine country weekend with an authentic West Sonoma County experience. Enjoy breathtaking vineyard views as the backdrop to a joyful vinyasa. Then tend to your inner foodie and enjoy a Farmers Market Brunch paired with a glorious glass of wine.

On Saturday I’ll shop the farmers markets. Right now the plan is to go to THE SANTA ROSA ORIGINAL CERTIFIED FARMERS MARKET (it wins the “best of” awards in SoCo and the North Bay every year for good reasons) and shop for brunch items and ingredients. Quiche, salad, berries, yogurt, tomatoes…we’ll see what they have to offer! Naturally, literally naturally, everything is subject to the seasons and availability. Yummy brunch from local summer bounty is the goal!

On Sunday we’ll have our vinyasa set to a fun and inspirational playlist. Then we’ll brunch together on what I find at the market while enjoying a delicious glass of DeLoach wine or bubbles.

Feel good, eat good, and support Sonoma County purveyors of sustainable organic farming while relaxing on the private back deck of the DeLoach Estate House.

🌻Expect an all levels vinyasa style practice focusing on balance and fluidity with kindly restorative elements and a fun uplifting playlist.🌻

Bring your own mat + any props you like, such as a rolled up towel (recommended) or folded blanket. A water bottle is recommended.

🚗 Parking is located behind the winery and through a marked gate. 🚗

Yoga will be located on the private back deck of the Deloach Estate House.
