The evening will kick-off with a glass of bubbles followed by tastings of two white wines and two red wines, each accompanied by small bites to complement the wines. At 6:30 Meredith Griffin, founder of decantU, will provide a short presentation on wine’s relationship to wellness and how the magic of wine can lead to greater well-being!

About the Host Meredith Hale-Griffin, M.S. and DipWSET Candidate: After receiving her Master’s degree in Exercise Science and Wellness, Meredith began her first career as a college wellness instructor and sport performance coach. Simultaneously, she discovered a passion for wine. The blending of those interests led to the creation of decantU. decantU is rooted in the belief that wellness is multi-dimensional, just as wine is about much more than merely imbibing in it. decantU offers interactive events that explore how greater well-being can be found through the magic of wine.
