Join us for a fun, laid-back summer community picnic bringing together bakers, BBQ lovers, small businesses, and foodies from all over the Tampa Bay area! Buying a Baker/Cook ticket is you commiting to being there, if you end up not being able to make it be sure to let us know!
Whether you’re bringing something to share or coming to enjoy, this event is all about good food, good vibes, and connecting with like-minded people 💛
✨ How It Works
- Bring a cake OR BBQ platter to participate - purchasing a ticket is your comitment to be there, this event is only possible if my bakers/cooks follow though!
- Or purchase a taster ticket and enjoy everything!
🎟️ Tickets (Required for ALL Attendees)
- $15 – Bring a cake or BBQ platter (participants)
- $20 – Taster (come eat & enjoy!)
🚫 All guests must have a ticket — including those bringing a dish
🎟️ Please purchase in advance (limited spots available)
⏰ Participant Arrival Requirement
To be included in event voting, all bakers and BBQ cooks please arrive by 3:30PM
🧺 What to Bring
- Your cake or BBQ platter (if participating)
- Serving utensils (knife, tongs, etc.)
- Business cards or promo materials (optional)
- Blanket or chairs for comfort
- Drinks for yourself/family - we will have Tea, Lemonade, & Water

Info: Guests arrive + bakers & BBQ participants begin setup.
Participants must arrive and be set up within the first hour to be included in voting.

Info: All cakes and BBQ platters must be fully set up by 3:30 PM.
Use this time to network, meet other vendors, and get your display ready!

4:00 PM – Sampling Begins
Info: Tasters may begin walking around and trying cakes & BBQ.
Enjoy, explore, and support local creators!

5:00 PM – Voting Opens
Info: Guests can begin voting for their favorites (best cake, best BBQ, etc.)
🕑: 05:30 PM
5:30 PM – Winner Announcements
Info: Winners will be announced and recognized!

6:00 PM – Event Wrap-Up / Cleanup
Info: Event ends and cleanup begins. Please help keep the park clean
