Ditch the gym and join us for a one-hour workout with a view on the beach of Coeur d'Alene!We will be getting together at 9am every Sunday with your coach Jake Casey, holistic strength coach at The Holistic Ape. He will be incorporating battle ropes, body weight, steel maces, and other fun things during your time with us!
Location:
• By the NIC beach/Doc/rental area/volleyball courts
Cost:
• $15 dollar drop-in rate
• $50 monthly pass
