Summer Baking Camp: L'ART DE LA PÂTISSERIE (Level 2)

Join us for this hands-on 4 days Baking Spring Camp, Chef Claudia and Her assistant will guide you during these 4 days camp (16 hours total) teaching you the best, safe and fun ways to bake. We will make everything from scratch using the best and finest ingredients (real flour, butter and eggs). We will provide the recipes that we use at our bakery!

Chef Claudia will teach you her technique and share with you her passion for baking. This class is 100% hands-on and very fun.

When: *Monday June 26 to Thursday June 29, 2023, from 10am to 2pm*

Day 1: Monday 6/26

* Blueberry muffins and streusel

* Chausson aux Pommes (Apple Turnover, French way)

Day 2: Tuesday 6/27 Breakfast in Paris

*French toast on a croissant

*Crepes

Day 3 Wednesday 6/28 Cake decorating 101

* Vanilla sponge cake

* Buttercream

* Assembly and decorating

Day 4 Thursday 6/29 French Macarons

*Macarons

*Ganache

*Other fillings

Who can attend? Kids 10 to 13 years old. No baking experience is required. Each day will be 4 hours full of baking and fun (one break for snack)

What to Wear: All students are required to wear a long sleeve shirt , long pants, and kitchen-safe shoes.

What will be provided: A recipe book, chef hat, apron, all tools, equipment, and ingredients will be provided. Students will taste their creations in our kitchen and also take them home every day. **Water and little snacks (fruits) will be provided** They can bring their own food as well.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Full payment is required at registration to secure your child spot in the camp. We accept payment by cash or credit card (registration will not be confirmed until payment clears). We don't accept checks. All the payments are final, if your child can’t attend it, you can transfer this ticket to a family or friend, no refunds or credit will be issued, SORRY.
