Are you looking for a way to keep your high school student busy this summer? Look no further than our Summer Athletic Performance Programs.
1. Session 2 for Weightlifting Intermediate Class (Snatch, Clean, & Jerk) - 3 Days Per Week | 12 Sessions Total starts July 9 - August 11, Monday, Wednesday, Friday 2 PM – 3 PM
2. Session 2 for the Girls High School Lifting Program starts July 9 - August 7, Wednesday/Friday 10 AM – 11 AM.
3. Session 2 for the Weightlifting Class (Snatch, Clean, & Jerk) - 2 Days Per Week | 8 Sessions Total starts July 9 - August 4, Tuesday/Thursday 10 AM – 11 AM
4. Session 2 for the Speed and Agility Class starts July 9 – August 4 (8 Sessions), Tuesday/Thursday 2 PM – 3 PM
All classes will be held at the Henry Ford Center for Athletic Medicine. Registration for each session is required.
