Join us to kick off your summer of fitness at Summer at the Barre with Tracey! Barre is a full-body, musically driven fitness class inspired by ballet and pilates. This class will hit every major muscle group and can benefit people of every fitness level. The weights are light and the impact is low, but the reps are high and the burn is like summer in the Florida sun! We will have energy drinks available to begin the class and will wrap up with protein shakes to get the best out of your workout.This Barre class is free to J members (yes, you can bring a non-member but it will be $20).
