Refund Policy: A request for refunds or credit, for future event, can be requested 7 days prior to the event date selected. Any and all refunds will be issued to the original form of payment and exclude processing fees. Credits for future events will expire 1 year from the date issued.

Inclement Weather: We will remain open on most rainy days. In the event we must close the park entirely (for the entire day) due to severe inclement weather such as heavy rains, wind, or lightning, we will issue all ticket holders a 'rain check' ticket exchange credit to be redeemed on any future date of choice.
