Summer ART Werx | Earth Forms (Mixed Media Sculptures) with @ShamsyRoomiani
Join the Mesquite Arts Center for Summer Art Werx, a series of engaging, hands-on workshops led by talented local artists. Designed for individuals and families enjoying summer break, these sessions offer a creative way to explore new techniques, connect with the local arts community, and stay inspired all season long.
Workshops will be held on select dates between June 22 and July 23, with a short pause during the week of Independence Day (July 4).
Whether you're looking to learn something new or simply enjoy a creative morning, Summer Art Werx provides a welcoming space for participants of all experience levels. 🎨☀️
Workshop Lineup
July 10 – Earth Forms (Mixed Media Sculpture)
Participants will create organic sculptural forms using a mix of tactile and found materials. Incorporating elements such as clay, wire, felt, beads, and natural fragments, each piece will evolve intuitively—resulting in artworks that feel as though they’ve grown from the earth itself.
