Note: These cruises are for adults only (all guests must be 21+ to board with a valid government ID). Cruises are on rain/shine. Dress code requirements will be enforced. There are NO refunds if you miss the boarding time or are not let on board by security for any reason.

• *Note: Fireworks are hosted by City of Chicago from June - August. Please note that Fireworks are hosted by the City of Chicago and can be cancelled at their discretion. There are no refunds if the city cancels the Fireworks. The cruise will continue as planned. The city may cancel postpone fireworks to prevent large crowd gatherings. Fireworks normally start at 9:30pm on Wednesdays. Starting September, these cruises will be sunset only cruises.

• These events are PRIVATE EVENTS hosted by ChicagoCruiseEvents.com. Please do NOT call the Anita Dee for any questions as they will NOT have any of our event information.

• BOARDING INFO (PLEASE READ)

• Boarding will begin 45 minutes prior to scheduled cruise time.
• *Important: Ticketed Passengers MUST be boarded 10 min before departure time! Standby boarding starts 10 min before the departure time. Late ticketed passengers will be placed at the end of the standby line. There are no refunds if you miss the boarding time indicated above. As soon as boarding is complete, the gate will close and the crew will start preparing for departure. No one else will be permitted to board. Please be on time, as the boat will leave without you!
• Please have your printed Eventbrite QR Code and your valid 21+ ID ready as you enter the boarding line.
• The Anita Dee is a cashless venue. All transactions must be completed using credit or debit cards. They also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.

All guests must adhere to the dress code requirements, zero tolerance policies, and parking info listed below.

PARKING & TRANSPORTATION ADVISORY: Due to limited parking availability at the DuSable Harbor Parking Lot, we kindly ask guests to consider alternative transportation options when planning their visit. For a smooth and hassle-free experience, we highly recommend using ride-share services such as Uber or Lyft, or taking public transportation. Please note that we do not own or manage any parking lots. We are simply sharing the latest information to help ensure all guests are well-informed before arrival.

ENTRY ON BOARD THE YACHT IS STRICTLY DENIED for any person drinking in line, intoxicated with alcohol or narcotics or in possession of weapons, alcohol, tobacco, e-cigarettes, narcotics or contraband; this includes ALL THC related products. There will be absolutely no smoking marijuana, cannabis, W**d or THC vape pens at any time during the cruise. It is illegal to possess marijuana, in any quantity, on the boat. The boats are regulated by the United States Coast Guard and individuals in possession of Marijuana or other narcotics are subject to arrest for violation of federal laws).

FIGHTING, THREATS OR AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR: There is a zero tolerance policy before, during or after cruises for any individual(s) fighting or exhibiting aggressive and violent behavior. Individuals making verbal threats or engaging in behavior that is perceived by security or Anita Dee staff as a threat to the safety of others, or fighting in any capacity, will be detained by security and turned over to the Chicago Police Department to be arrested immediately upon returning to dock. Individuals will be blacklisted and denied entry to any future event and no refunds will be issued. If the head of security and/or captain makes a decision to return to the dock and end the event early due to fighting or threatening behavior, there will be no refunds.

DRESS CODE: An Upscale Casual Dress code strictly enforced. If you have any doubts, don't wear it! Please see below for additional dress code info.

❌No provocative or revealing clothing. No undergarments should be visible.

BOARDING INFO (PLEASE READ)

Boarding will begin approximately 30 minutes prior to scheduled cruise time. Ticketed Passengers MUST be boarded 10 min before departure time! Standby boarding starts 10 min before the departure time. Late ticketed passengers will be placed at the end of the standby line. There are no refunds if you miss the boarding time indicated above. If you are not on the boat by the time the gates close then you will not be allowed entry and will not receive a refund.

All guests must be 21+ with a valid physical government issued ID that will be checked by security prior to boarding the boat. You will need to show your scannable QR code ticket from Eventbrite in order to get into the event. To do this, you can either download the Eventbrite app or log into Eventbrite's website and click on the tickets icon on the top right of the page. We recommend doing this NOW to ensure a speedy entrance at the event.

In conformance with some local requirements or certain facility rules, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, controlled substances, cameras, recording devices, bundles and containers of any kind may not be brought into the premises. Ticket Holder and Ticket Holder’s belongings may be searched on entry. Ticket Holder consent to such searches, waive any related claims that may arise; failure to comply will result in not gaining access or being ejected from the Event. Promoters, Venue owners, Security and Event Staff have the right to refuse entry or eject any ticket holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion, including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, intoxication, vulgar or offensive behavior, generally unfit to attend, venue capacity, and/or breach of security restrictions. Absolutely no outside food or beverage may be brought on the boat.

Ticket holders accept all risks associated with marine operations, and acknowledge that the primary purpose of this ticket is admission to the event and vessel, not guaranteed vessel movement. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that the cruise portion of the event may be modified, delayed, or canceled due to weather, weather induced system errors, high winds, rough water, storms, dangerous conditions, security concerns, government restrictions, mechanical issues, vessel warning lights, electrical or lighting failures, unforeseen circumstances, or other safety concerns at the sole discretion of the event operator or captain. If the vessel cannot cruise, the event will continue dockside (within enclosed or covered areas in the event of inclement weather) including all onboard entertainment, food, beverage, and related services, which shall constitute full and complete fulfillment of the event. There will be no refunds, exchanges, or reschedules if the event continues dockside. If the cruise portion cannot occur due solely to mechanical or vessel-related issues, ticket holders may be offered a complimentary ticket to a future event (“do-over cruise”) at the sole discretion of the event organizer; this shall be the sole and exclusive remedy, and no monetary refunds or additional compensation will be provided. Cruise length may vary based on boarding time, lock operations, boat traffic, weather, special events, or emergencies.

The DJ's aboard the boat will play a variety of music, at their discretion with the music's volume level set to an acceptable level intended to please all guests and may be regulated/limited by safety regulations set forth by the captain.

TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISKS AND DANGER INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT FOR WHICH THE TICKET IS ISSUED, WHETHER OCCURRING PRIOR TO, DURING OR AFTER THE EVENT. TICKET HOLDER VOLUNTARILY AGREES THAT THE MANAGEMENT, FACILITY, PARTICIPANTS, PARTICIPATING CLUBS, EVENTBRITE, AND ALL OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES ARE EXPRESSLY RELEASED BY TICKET HOLDER FROM ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM SUCH CAUSES.

Terms may be updated at any time and it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check the latest terms on the ticketing page before the start of the event. Ticket holder is aware that event amenities are subject to change and not grounds for a refund. All sales are final. There are no refunds, no cancellations, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Unlawful resale or attempted resale is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and if so are void. Ticket Holder agrees by use of this ticket, not to transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event, performance, exhibition for which this ticket is issued. Ticket Holder acknowledges that the event may be broadcast or otherwise publicized, and hereby grants permission to utilize ticket holder's image or likeness in connection with any live or recorded transmission or reproduction of such event.
