Join Anne O'Connor of Suaimhneas by Anne for this gentle, baby-led workshop designed for parent/carers and their pre-crawling babies.

Anne is a Certified Baby Reflexology Instructor, Reflexologist, and practising nurse with almost 30 years' experience, including a background in Public Health Nursing.

What You Will Learn

You will learn simple reflexology techniques that can be used to support your baby's wellbeing. Areas covered will include:

- Relaxation and calm

- Supporting sleep

- Teething discomfort

- Tummy discomfort

- Suitable for pre-crawling babies only

- The workshop is for one parent/carer and baby only

- Siblings and additional attendees cannot be accommodated

- Places are expected to fill quickly

- Please bring your own yoga mat and baby blanket
