Summer 2026 ENTF Resource Navigators Convening: In-Person

Join us for a collaborative conversation focused on resources for justice-involved individuals in Kent County. Across many of our roles, we’re seeing how navigating reentry can be complicated by barriers to housing, employment, healthcare, transportation, and access to basic needs. Challenges like limited affordable housing, gaps in behavioral health support, difficulty securing employment, and navigating complex systems can all impact an individual’s ability to successfully transition back into the community.

This convening is an opportunity to come together across organizations and systems, share what’s currently available, and identify where disconnects or unmet needs remain. By bringing our perspectives into one space, we can strengthen relationships, improve coordination, and build a more connected and responsive network of support for individuals returning to the community.
