For anyone who is not already with @idahomemovementacademy/@AudaciousCrossFit, our Quarterly, 2-week @thelevelmethod Assessments to find out where your Overall Fitness has progressed to after 12 weeks of training!
Come Assess your Fitness with us during these 2 weeks to see how your training and practice has been going!
Optional: with our coaching help and programming, Address your "weaknesses" (Lower Levels) we found during the Assessments, and Progress those skills, until we Assess again the following Quarter!
