We will be hosting Summelry Kolsch night! Pollyanna Brewing invites you to celebrate our take on a Cologne (Köln), Germany tradition! While Kölsch style beer is traditionally served in 2L Stange glasses, we are filling them up with Summerly! Köbes (beer waiters] will serve the Summerly from large trays to our gathered guests. As the Köbes make their rounds, they swap out the empty glasses for another Summerly. As long as the glass is empty, and drink coaster remains on the table, the Köbes mark the coaster with a tally mark for each round served. A coaster placed on top of the glass by the patron signifies the end of their drinking session.
