As we transition into summer, let's pause, turn inward, and breathe into the nourishment needed to grow, evolve, and trust in ourselves: Build the Light Within. Letting go of old energies that can surface and opening up to receiving new energies in a safe and supportive space. We will:
?Walk the labyrinth
?Create community with an opening circle w/invitation to share
?️Hour of breathwork- we will set our intentions, curated to a special playlist, guided conscious breath. This allows us to quiet the busy mind, trusting the breath and body for deeper healing and connection to self.
?quiet time for integration & journalling
?light snacks, tea an invitation to share
?Creating art with plants
You will need a yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, journal, and pillow. I will provide eye masks, notepaper, colored pencils, and other art writing supplies.
