This is special puja for Goddess Durga and Goddess Parvathi performed in the month of Aadi. Goddess Durga and Goddess Parvathi are invoked in the lamp and the devotees pray for their husbands' longevity and good health. Brides-to-be can also perform this puja in search of a life partner.
Bring a Lamp, flowers, betel leaves and betel nuts.
Temple will provide oil, cotton wick, turmeric, kumkum, fruits and Naivedhyam.
