During the 2 hour session, which will cover less than 0.5 miles, Lynne Falick, a Certified Nature Forest Therapy Guide, will open the door for you to experience nature through a series of sensory based invitations designed to help you slow down and restore your relationship with nature. You will cultivate a deeper connection with this protected and preserved open space, with your community, and with yourself.
