Spin Pole // Advanced Beginner+ Levels
Dedicated to the art of finessing the spin pole, we'll start with a short low flow sequence on spin that can then transition into some lustrous shapes. We'll ride out the momentum throughout our combos and talk about how to add personal style to your shapes and transitions. Open to polers comfortable climbing on spin pole and who can jasmine proficiently. Taught by visiting pole dance instructor, Dalton Rhodes.
Heels optional.
