This guided experience will explore a curated selection of rare and highly sought-after expressions, showcasing the influence of different cask types, maturation styles, and the exceptional quality that has earned Sullivans Cove worldwide acclaim.

Guests will be welcomed with a refreshing highball featuring Sullivans Cove American Oak Second-fill before settling in for a guided tasting of five exceptional whiskies, including French Oak, Double Cask, and the outstanding 23 Year Old American Oak ex-Bourbon. The Line Up

Double Cask DC122 - A rich and layered whisky with notes of honeycomb, vanilla fudge and ripe orchard fruits, balanced by warming baking spices. The double cask maturation brings together sweetness and oak influence for a long, rounded finish.

American Oak Second-fill TD0394 - Elegant and approachable, showcasing bright citrus, vanilla cream and fresh malt. The second-fill cask allows the distillery character to shine through with subtle oak spice and a clean, delicate finish.

23 Year Old American Oak ex-Bourbon HH0619 - A beautifully mature whisky displaying aromas of crème brûlée, coconut, toasted almonds and ripe stone fruit. The palate is silky and complex, with layers of vanilla, oak, and gentle spice leading into an exceptionally long finish.

French Oak White Wine SC0397 - Fresh and vibrant, with notes of white peach, pear and citrus blossom complemented by creamy oak. The French oak and white wine influence add texture and subtle wine-driven fruit complexity throughout the palate.

French Oak Pinot Noir SC0399 - Rich red berry fruits, dark cherries and soft spice are beautifully integrated with the spirit's signature character. The Pinot Noir cask imparts depth and elegance, finishing with hints of oak, dried fruit and gentle tannins.
