Sullivan Lake Park Playground Design Public Meeting

The City of Columbia Heights is seeking community input on the future playground at Sullivan Lake Park. Join us on Tue, July 14, from 5:30 to 6:30 pm at the Murzyn Hall Senior Center (530 Mill St NE) to review the updated playground design concept and share your feedback on play features, accessibility, and overall layout. The meeting will include poster boards displaying different views and features of the proposed playground design.
Staff will be available to answer questions and gather community feedback to help refine the final design before the City moves forward with equipment selection and installation, anticipated later in 2026. For those unable to attend the meeting, details will be shared soon about an online feedback opportunity. We look forward to hearing from you!
