Come and join the sangat for our monthly Sukhmani Sahib Paath. We will chant the Sukhmani Sahib (psalm of peace) together to create peace of mind, stillness and connection to the Source energy. We will take individual and collective prayers during the ardas for anyone who requires healing. We will end with our 'bring and share' langar (community meal). Sukhmani (which literally means peace of mind) is a long composition by Guru Arjun Dev Ji (5th Sikh Guru) and by chanting it out loud in a group vibration it has transformational effects on the mind, body and spirit. Everyone is welcome to join for Sukhmani and/or langar. If you'd like to bring a dish or dedicate a Sukhmani Sahib recital please get in touch.
