In honor of Suicide Prevention Month, we’re excited to invite you to our first-ever Suicide Safety Planning workshop!Come join us on Monday, September 16th, from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Active Learning Lab in the Noel Wein Library.
This workshop is all about helping you create a personalized safety plan—a tool designed to support you through tough times and ensure your well-being.
A safety plan is like a roadmap for when things feel overwhelming. It helps you spot early warning signs of a mental health crisis and outlines steps to stay safe and get support. We’ll walk you through the process with the help of our trained facilitators, who will make sure you feel comfortable and confident in making your own plan.
This workshop offers a supportive space to learn and ask questions so you can walk away with a clear and actionable safety plan. We’re here to help you take proactive steps towards better mental health. We hope to see you there!
