The purpose of the suicide attempt survivor support group, facilitated by a licensed therapist and a lived experience facilitator from the nonprofit organization i understand, is to provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to process their experiences, reduce stigma, and find hope in healing. Through guided discussion and shared understanding, the group offers professional insight and peer support, empowering survivors to explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and connect with others who truly understand the journey toward recovery.
