Get into the holiday spirit with a festive cookie exchange and hands-on baking class led by Professional Chef Deb Meritsky of Master Repurposers. Together, we’ll create six unique cookies—including one gluten-free option—infused with our specialty teas and enhanced with fun flavored sugars, spices, and herbs. At the end of class, you’ll take home a festive tin filled with your cookies—perfect for enjoying with family or giving as a thoughtful gift. You’ll also have the chance to purchase ready-to-give dry mixes with recipe cards, making holiday gift-giving simple and sweet.
Make 6 different Tea-Infused cookies:
Hazelnut Butterscotch, Crème Brulée, Ginger Spritz, White Chocolate Matcha, Sugar and GF Almond Chai Cookies!
During this interactive class, you’ll:
• Learn professional baking and decorating
techniques.
• Discover creative ways to incorporate teas
into baked goods.
• Bake and decorate a delicious assortment of cookies to share.
