A Midsummer Night's Dream follows four Athenian lovers fleeing into a magical forest, where fairy king Oberon and queen Titania are fighting. This leads to Puck's mischievous use of love potions that mix up the couples, making both men love Helena, while Titania falls for a donkey-headed Bottom. At last, order is restored, the lovers marry, and the mechanicals perform their clumsy play, ending in festive weddings and blessings.
