o Auction items may be Beekeeping Related or Other Items of Interest
o Proceeds go to further CIBA programs and activities

10:00 AM: Opening Comments and Our Keynote Presentation
- Bee Genetics and Community Science
- Dr. Brock Harpur Department of Entomology, Purdue Univ.
11:00 AM: Examine Auction Items, Socialize, Set-Up for Lunch
11:30 Lunch — CIBA will provide Pulled Pork, Sauce and Buns
o Bring a Side Dish: Appreciated but Not Required
o Coffee and water will be provided
12:30 Silent Auction Ends: (Beekeeping and Other Misc. Items)

1:30 Making Sugar Boards –
o (BRING YOUR OWN SUGAR and Empty Sugar Board) Making Sugar Boards Guidelines
• BRING YOUR OWN White SUGAR:
o 10-Frame Hives (12-14 lbs.)
o 8-Frame (10-12 lbs.)
o If you wish to include Pollen Patties, bring those as well
• Other necessary items for your sugarboard will be provided
o Buckets, Power Mixer, Tissue Paper, Honey-B Healthy, etc.
