Szeretettel hívunk Téged egy olyan egyedülálló és lélekemelő Szeretet Körbe, ahol a szúfik szakrális táncán (kerengés), az élőzenén és a költészeten keresztül kapcsolódunk a szeretet gyógyító erejéhez és a szív békét hozó bölcsességéhez.
A kerengés neve törökül Szema (Sema), perzsául/arabul Szama (Sama'), ami hallgatást és emlékezést jelent – az ember misztikus utazását az isteni felé. Ez a mély ima arra hív, hogy szívünket megnyitva, teljes figyelmünkkel az isteni Szeretet (Ashk) és Igazság (Haq) felé forduljunk.
A szakrális tánc és dallamok segítenek visszatérni a jelenlét határtalan óceánjába, ahol az elme elcsendesedésén keresztül a figyelmünk a szív pulzáló csendjére irányul. Az elme és a szív összehangolódása megnyitja az emlékezés rózsakertjének kapuit, ahol feloldódhatunk az isteni szeretet harmóniát hozó szépségében.
A kerengés ceremóniát élőzene és Rúmi-versek kísérik, melyek még mélyebbre vezetnek a szív eksztatikus és együttérző állapotaiba.

Ez a műhely MINDENKI számára nyitott, akit érdekel a szúfizmus, a kerengés, és aki szeretne mélyebb betekintést nyerni a Szema filozófiájába és szimbolikája. A foglalkozás azoknak is szól, akiket inspirál a szúfi zene és költészet, de nem éreznek hívást a szakrális tánc gyakorlására. Ahhoz, hogy mindenki otthon érezze magát, két részre bontottuk a műsortervet.

~ Szeretet-/Tisztelet kör – szívbéli kapcsolódás egymással

Mit hozz magaddal?
kényelmes ruhát (akár hosszú harangszoknyát)
zoknit vagy bőrtalpú, lapos cipőt, vizet
sálat vagy pulcsit az ülő meditációhoz
és ami a legfontosabb: a nyitott, együttérző szívedet
Előkészületek:
A foglalkozás előtt legalább 2 órával már ne egyél.
Aznap fogyassz könnyű ételeket, igyál sok vizet.
Hangolódj rá előre az ünnepre – ha van kedvenc Rúmi-versed, írd meg kommentben, és hozd magaddal!
Gondolj azokra az érzésekre, élethelyzetekre, kapcsolatokra, amelyeket úgy érzed, hogy eljött az ideje elengedni.

With open hearts, we warmly invite you to join our Sufi Circle of Love, a unique gathering of seekers, to experience the essence of the Sacred Sufi Dance of Whirling – Sema. This profound form of prayer invites us to open our hearts and turn toward LOVE. It helps dissolve the mind’s chatter into the vast ocean of presence, where we enter a deep state of listening. This deep listening leads us into the sacred art of whirling, where we can reconnect with the wisdom and the softness of our hearts, and enter the universal field of love.
The whirling ceremony will be accompanied by live music, and Rumi's poetry will be recited to awaken the ecstatic and compassionate radiance of the heart.
Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is OPEN to EVERYONE who feels drawn to Sufism, whirling, or simply wishes to experience the deeper philosophy and symbolism of the Sema.
It is also for those who are touched by Sufi music and poetry, even if they don’t feel called to practice the sacred dance themselves.
To create a welcoming atmosphere, the program is divided into two parts:
🌀 1. Whirling practice – 15:00–16:45
~ Short introduction with breathing exercises and warm-up
~ Circle of Love/Respect – heartfelt connection with one another
~ Teaching and practice of whirling
~ Insights into the philosophy and symbolism of whirling
~ Sharing questions and reflections
🌹 16:45–17:00 – Break with poetry reading
🌙 2. Ceremony – 17:00–18:45
~ Offering with poetry and live music
~ Musical attunement
~ Prayerformance – Whirling as a form of prayer (short presentation)
~ Open space for everyone to join the whirling
~ Silent meditation
~ Closing circle
Bring with you:
~ Comfortable clothing (a long skirt is welcome)
~ Socks or dance shoes (clean, leather-soled, flat, and comfortable)
~ Water
~ A warm scarf or hoodie for the sitting meditation
~ Your open and compassionate heart
Preparations:
Please avoid eating for at least two hours before the session.
On the day of the event, we recommend eating light meals and drinking plenty of water.
