SUFFS - The Musical

Redstone Goes is offering a night out on the town to see “Suffs” at the Benedum Center on Friday, July 24th. Direct from Broadway, comes the acclaimed Tony Award?-winning musical Suffs about the brilliant, passionate, and funny American women who fought tirelessly for the right to vote. Created by Shaina Taub, the first woman to ever independently win Tony Awards for Best Book and Best Score in the same season, this “thrilling, inspiring and dazzlingly entertaining” (Variety) new musical boldly explores the triumphs and failures of a struggle for equality that’s far from over. Winner of the Outer Critics’ Circle Award for Best New Musical. This show is especially meaningful for us at Redstone, because creator Shaina Taub is the sister-in-law of our own COO, Geoff Gehring. (And yes, he and his family are appropriately proud.)
Pickups will be available behind the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center or on Redstone’s Murrysville campus. Our motorcoach will depart Greensburg at 3:30 pm and then make our way to the Strip District for a delicious buffet dinner at Roland’s in the Strip. Our bus will then whisk us to the theater, dropping us off and picking us up at the front doors for the most amazing convenience possible. We will then make our way home, stopping first at Murrysville and then Greensburg. Price for motorcoach, driver gratuity, orchestra level show ticket and dinner is $175 per person.
