About this Event
Success with Soul: A Founder Panel
Join us for an inspiring evening with a panel of for-profit business founders who are proving that success and purpose don’t have to be at odds.
These founders have built strong, sustainable businesses and have intentionally chosen to use their platforms and resources to create positive impact. From early trade-offs to everyday leadership decisions, this conversation will cut through greenwashing and into the honest realities of building businesses with soul.
What we’ll explore:
- How these founders define success
- Practical ways purpose shows up inside real businesses
- The tensions, trade-offs, and lessons learned along the way
- How business can be a force for good without losing its edge
Whether you’re building an organization, working within one, studying what comes next, or simply exploring how to build a meaningful career, this panel will leave you inspired and clearer on what’s possible.
As always with Brands for Better, expect honest stories, thoughtful conversation, and space to connect with others who care deeply about creating positive change in the world.

The goal is to raise awareness of great things happening in our city, provide access to our network for volunteers and resources, and tap into our individual and brand networks to amplify the needs to the community at large.
Please note, "How Can We Help" pitches are not intended to be used as a way to drive fundraising for your intiative.
Space is limited to 2 pitches per event.

Brands for Better believes that the biggest and most impactful change is created when brands unite to share resources, ideas, strategies, experience, and people. We connect brands and individuals who want to create positive change, with opportunities to tackle pressing environmental and social issues in our shared community.
By partnering with other brands, every company can have a more incredible impact on issues that they know matter to their local communities. If a brand has the will, this framework will help them make change beyond what they could have imagined.
