Cassie Catrice S. is a Global Talent Development Consultant at Cassie Catrice Consulting where she helps companies create a supportive ecosystem to maintain diverse talent.

Prior to her current role, Cassie Catrice S. was a Sr. Global Talent Development & Learning Specialist for Honeywell Connected Enterprises and Honeywell Business Technologies in Atlanta, GA where she supported 30,000 employees and 150 human resources professionals globally in talent development initiatives related to learning, succession planning, diversity and inclusion, high-potential talent identification and development.

Cassie Catrice S. has extensive experience creating interdisciplinary projects that have lasting impact. As a Sr. Learning & Development Specialist at Raytheon, she was instrumental in creating the business's first cross-functional and multi generational simulation-based training for 1,000 future leaders and program managers within Raytheon Missiles Systems business.

During her tenure at Raytheon, Cassie Catrice S. also worked as an HR Specialist in Tucson, AZ where she was primarily responsible for conducting Employee Relations and Labor Relations investigations, building and establishing trust with leadership. She served as the lead investigator for EXIM cases and provided coaching to frontline bargaining unit managers.

Preceding her role as an HR Specialist, Cassie Catrice S. worked as a Corporate HR Generalist at Raytheon headquarters in Waltham, MA where she was responsible for providing end-to-end human resources support in addition to leading training and serving as a consultant to Legal / Global Trade leadership around hiring, compensation, performance management, and succession planning.

Cassie Catrice S. has also worked in Compensation and Talent Management at Danaher where she created a standard operating procedure around assessing and improving Global Sales Incentive Plans as well as conducted analysis and provided recommendations around future workforce planning and forecasting based on skills, geography, and role.

Education

Cassie Catrice S. graduated from the University of Illinois at UrbanaChampaign with a Masters in Human Resources and Industrial Relations, a Certificate in Business Administration, and a Bachelors in Sociology with a concentration in Organizational Communication and Leadership. During her academic career at the University of Illinois, she founded and spearheaded a Wellness Committee within the graduate chapter of the Society of Human Resources Management and was an active member of the American Marketing Association.

In the community, Cassie Catrice S. has previously served as an Executive leadership Team Member of Go Red for Women (sponsored by the American Heart Association), was involved in corporate employee resource groups, has contributed to Urban League initiatives and is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority Inc.
