Subtle Body, Wild Soul... it's hard to believe this practice has been alive for a full year already. This February series may be the only I offer this year. If you've been wanting to be in this space with us, you are invited <3 (scholarship application linked below if resources have prevented you from joining in the past)
A 3-week movement & inner exploration series designed to reconnect us to the wisdom of our subtle body, move through stagnancy & disconnection, and re-awaken to our wild and intuitive Essence as women.
The intention of this immersion is to help us remember the beauty of moving slowly and breathing deeply, as well as the power of listening to the body’s innate wisdom.
This is a NON choreographed course. This space is an opportunity for PRACTICE. In this 3-part workshop we will explore sensuality and intuition through gentle movement, soft touch, deep breathing and quiet listening.
While you may purchase a one off class, it is highly encouraged to be present for all 3 as they will build off one another and allow for a deeper, more wholesome experience.
Journals for reflection highly encouraged.
