SUB/stance & Earth Agency proudly presents Nectax, direct from the UK, on his first visit to Perth. A breakbeat scientist at heart, never fraternising too heavily with any single sonic blueprint in pursuit of his unique sound, Nectax exists in the gaps.
Nectax has evolved into one of the most in demand artists in modern Jungle, releasing 2023 anthem 'Voychek' on Over/Shadow, being tapped by DJ Flight to restart her long dormant play:musik label, and collaborating with Tim Reaper on Future Retro London. Most recently in October 2025, he saw the release of his debut LP, A State Of Play, on Over/Shadow to critical acclaim.
As a solo artist, and as one third of Newcastle based club night & label STEREO 45, Nectax continues to push the future-focussed ethos of junglism to its limits, integrating adjacent genres in new & refreshing ways.
In 2024 after receiving a nomination for Breakthrough Producer at DJ Mag's Best of British Awards, Nectax has solidified himself as one of the scene's essential contemporary artists, unabatedly expanding into new sonic territories with his shapeshifting protean production style.
