The August full moon takes (Sturgeon Moon) its name from the Lake Sturgeon, once caught in abundance across the Great Lakes as summer wound down. It felt only right to bring one to the table. 🌕
Join us inside the Ciderhouse for a four-course dinner with four drink pairings, a late-summer celebration of the water, the harvest, and the last warm nights before fall.
What's on the Table:
I. Ahi Tuna Crudo with Olive Tapenade, Chili Oil, and Saffron
II. Sea Scallops with Watermelon, Endives, and Vanilla Beurre Blanc
III. Grilled Sturgeon with Sweet Corn Caponata, Rosti Potatoes, and Herb Pesto
IV. Pavlova with Whipped Cream, Berries, Nuts, and Honey
