De Leuvense Hoppers & Apollo Swing collab for this internationaal weekend full of dance. Join the workshops during the day and party along with Ari & Simon on STUKswing in the evening. We welcome MAS Vintage Jazz Quartet ànd DJ Tobi back to an amazing night of swing jazz music!
With this quartet, 🎺 trumpeter Marie-Anne Standaert pays homage to the most beautiful melodies from the rich jazz history of the 20s-30s-40s. To this end, she is surrounded by kindred spirits from different generations: master swinger Stijn Wauters on piano 🎹, complemented by a brilliant rhythm section of Toon Van Dionant on drums 🥁 and Jean Van Lint on double bass and vocals. 🎶
