Join us for the last cooking class of the season with Chef Ace Champion on Tuesday, May 14th! Class starts at 6:30pm, but doors open at 5:30pm. With the start of spring and Memorial Day right around the corner, Ace will be grilling up his Champion Stuffed Burgers - Ground chuck-portabella mushrooms-onion-smoke-cheese-pretzel bun with a surprise side. For dessert, he'll use blueberries (since they are in season) in his strawberry cream pie recipe for a Blueberry Cream Pie with Chocolate Rum Sauce. Class cost $40. Wine sold separately.
