About this Event

We're encouraging students to find balance and support their wellbeing through creative, hands-on activities like crafting. These recreational activities offer a chance to unwind, connect, and express themselves. As part of the event, each student will also receive a stress ball to take home—an easy, practical tool they can use whenever they're feeling anxious or overwhelmed.
