According to the safe management measures, all participants entering or remaining in the event venue must be fully vaccinated. An individual is considered fully vaccinated if he/ she (a) has received the full regimen of a WHO EUL vaccine, or (b) within the 180-day exemption period after recovery from COVID-19. All participants cannot have had a health risk warning in the last 7 days prior to the event.
