Studio Wood are throwing open the doors to our central Bournemouth studio for a BU Wave summer social.
No suits. No business cards. No talks.
Just an evening of music, cocktails, incredible pizza, and great company. We’ve even got a few surprises up our sleeves.
The Lowdown:
- 📅 When: Thursday 30th July, from 7pm - 10.30pm
- 📍 Where: Studio Wood, Central Bournemouth, BH2 5NJ
- 🍕 Food by: The local legends Pizza With Love
- 🎟 Cost: Free (but you must grab a ticket)
Who is this for?
If you touch the design, innovation, or creative worlds (including hardware and digital), you’re invited. Whether you're looking to take your first step into the industry, a junior finding your feet, a seasoned Director/Founder with a team of creatives or a freelancer - sign up, grab a slice, and mingle with like-minded people.

Not been to our studio before? See directions below on how to find us on the night. We will also send a map out a couple days ahead of the evening to those who have signed up.
Entrance to the event is by a rear alley off Terrace Road (next to the Bobby's Loading Bay)

Please do not go to the main entrance of Bobby's or the Gozney Offices
Health and Safety instructions:
- All guests MUST arrive via the rear door (no earlier than 6.30pm)
- All guests will be required confirm their name at the door. No entry will be given to guests not on the guest-list.
- NO Smoking or vaping in any indoor/outdoor space at The Bakery
Please note:
We will be taking photos on the evening so if you would prefer not to have your photograph taken, please just let us know on the door. These will be shared on social media & by attending the event you allow us to use these images online.
This will be our first Summer Social but if you are interested in reading up on our past events look no further - e.
