About this Event
Every piece of art carries a story—but without you, those stories can be lost. This is not a legal seminar; it’s a hands-on, creative session where we treat “legacy” like part of your studio practice. Expect playful prompts, small wins, and zero overwhelm.
You’ll leave with a clearer sense of how your work can be found, understood, and cared for—by loved ones now and by future viewers later.
🧭 In This Workshop, You’ll do/learn (in plain language)
- Sketch a Studio Map: a simple, visual way to show what you have and where it lives (no spreadsheets required).
- Write a 3-Sentence Legacy Note: a mini “artist statement for the future” that helps others understand your work.
- Curate 5 Works: identify the handful of pieces that best tell your story (and why).
What you’ll take away
- Printed Studio Map worksheet
- Legacy Note prompt you can finish in 10 minutes
- A short next-steps checklist that keeps momentum without the admin drag
