Studio Records Night (ln-Person)

A 1.5-hour, hands-on group workshop held January 30, 2027 where artists leave with the start of a working online archive. $35 per seat, up to 10 artists, at LINNcinnati.

Who it's for: emerging artists and anyone starting from scratch or from a messy spreadsheet.

Where: LINNcinnati, Studio 214

Students leave with:

• 5 to 10 pieces entered in Artwork Archive using one consistent recording system
• A written cheat sheet of that system: title format, dimension order, medium wording, inventory numbering, pricing
• One inventory report generated from their own records
• A public profile set up (or a clear decision to keep it private)
• One call for entry saved with its deadline on their schedule

What to Bring:

• Laptop and charger (a tablet works but is slower for data entry)
• Artwork Archive login details
• Whatever you use to track your work now: spreadsheets, notebooks, receipts, price lists, a folder of photos
