Studio 23: Data-driven Innovation for Sustainable Creative Practice Film

Creative Informatics is proud to present a short film, showcasing eight case studies that demonstrate how new technologies and data driven innovation can support creative businesses in taking ethical and environmentally sustainable approaches to their work.

Join us to find out more about local, Creative Informatics-funded projects from Caro Overy & Creative Carbon Scotland, Jeni Allison & Custom Loop, Creative Cred, Ploterre, Looper, Edinburgh Tool Library, Sustainable Fashion Scotland and Michael Begg.

This in-person film screening will be followed by a panel discussion, and networking over drinks and nibbles.

Through this event, we hope to inspire wider networks of creative practitioners and others to think about the potential benefits of placing data, technology and sustainability at the centre of creative practice.

About CI Studios

CI Studios are regular, informal events open to anyone working in the creative industries interested in learning more about data-driven technologies. Studios usually take place at E11, our dedicated workshop space at Edinburgh Napier University, and in venues across Edinburgh/South East Scotland throughout the year, providing opportunities for creative practitioners to try working and experimenting with data in a friendly, practical environment.
