Student - Parent - Teacher Conferences

These conferences are an important opportunity for us to discuss your child's goals, progress and achievements. A mid year report will be sent on Friday 19th June prior to the conferences.
During the conference, students will have the opportunity to share with you their learning. We will talk about progress made this year and also about some next steps for your child's learning and ways you can support them at home.
Please note school will finish at 12pm on Tuesday 23rd June.
We encourage parents to collect their children at 12pm. If your child needs supervision at school until 3:00 pm, please complete this Google form to enable supervision planning.
Each conference is 15 minutes, 1 conference is available per child.
If you feel you need more time, we can arrange for a follow-up meeting at a later date.
It is really important you arrive on time for your conference to allow us to keep to our schedule.
To book a time for your child's conference, please use the online booking system accessed via this link.
You will need to enter your details and select your child's classroom teacher.
The online booking form will close on Monday 22nd June at 3pm.
If you have any difficulty with internet access or need assistance, please contact Vannessa or Caitland in the school office by Tuesday 23rd June ([email protected] or (09) 536 6570).
To ensure your child’s conference is focused on the discussion between students, teachers and parents/caregivers we request, where possible, siblings not accompany you to your child’s conference.
Representatives from Kia Ora Ake will be in Room 1 for the duration of our conferences. Feel free to drop in to see them before or after your conference to find out more about the support they offer, particularly for information about their drop in clinic, 1-1 sessions and group work.
Separate arrangements are being made for students who have started this term. Mrs White will be in touch with these families.
