Student Night: Zine Making with the Kohler Art Library
About this Event
Bring a group of friends, or meet some new faces, at our free student-only event creating zines inspired by the exhibition Pressing Issues: Printmaking as Social Justice in 1930s US. Explore the works on view and dive into zine making! No experience needed.
The Kohler Art Library is located in the Conrad A. Elvehjem Building, along with the Chazen Museum of Art and the Department of Art History. It is part of the University of Wisconsin-Madison General Library System and serves as the primary resource on campus for materials and information regarding the visual arts of painting, drawing, architecture, sculpture, graphic arts, photography, decorative arts, fashion, textiles, and design.
Light snacks and drinks will be provided, more options are available for purchase in the Chazen Cafe.
RSVPs are encouraged but not required. Walk-ins will be welcome as capacity allows.
Generously supported by the Jeannette K. Goldenson Student Program series, which seeks to expand student opportunities at the Chazen.
