☕ “Student-Doctoral Academic Seminars” is a series of open seminars with presentations by students and PhD candidates, as well as discussions. Our contestants, of various scientific fields and backgrounds, present papers from their respective interest and research areas while competing for valuable prizes. Everyone is welcome to join the audience, have a drink and vote to select the winning speakers!

WHERE? Hevre, ul. Beera Meiselsa 18, Kraków
👥 We warmly invite everyone—not just students and PhD candidates—to participate in the event as our audience! The atmosphere, our speakers, and the wide range of topics will surely provide an unforgettable experience! Drinks and refreshments will be provided for the attendees.
👉 The Student-Doctoral Academic Seminars take place every month and culminate with the year-end Final Seminar. Each Seminar consists of a student and a doctoral panel, with three presentations each. Given it being a special edition, winners of the English edition DO NOT advance to the Final Seminar!
🎁 The best presentation in each of the panels—selected by an audience vote—will be rewarded with a coupon of PLN 500. Additionally all contestants will receive small in-kind prizes.
📝 To compete in the Seminars you need to prepare a 10 minute presentation on any subject related to your scientific interests or your area of research.
📌 The deadline for submissions is April 7th. To apply, prepare an abstract of your presentation (max 1500 characters including spaces) and send it to us via a dedicated form, avaible here:
