Student Breathwork Ceremony with Natalie Crary (Donation-Based)

In this 90-minute ceremony, Natalie will guide you through a 3-part breath: an inhale to the belly, inhale to the chest, and exhale.

**This is a donation-based class open to the public that will be conducted for the student's test-out 🤍**

Breathwork assists with:

• Unblocking subconscious beliefs and energy

• Releasing trauma and healing stored emotions

• Regulates your nervous system so you can experience clarity and ease

• Connect you to your intuition

• Creating space for your authentic expression so you can live from your Soul

Sakala has yoga mats, bolsters and blankets for you to utilize for your journey. Please bring the following for our time together:

• Water

• Eye Cover

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to ensure time for parking and setting up your space 🙏🏼
